We had a great stay in Playa del Carmen and Andres was a fantastic host. The place was clean and spacious with a really nice view. The location is perfect. You're steps from 5th Avenue and close to grocery stores, cafes and restaurants and the area felt safe the whole time. The only hiccup was that the toilet wasn't flushing when we arrived. We messaged Andres and within 5 minutes he had someone there to fix it. It was sorted in about 10 minutes so everything worked out. Super responsive and communicative host. We would definitely stay here again!
