This bedroom also has its own entry to/from the exterior hallway, for families or couples who prefer a little privacy. (Be sure to request a separate key, if you’d like this option.)

The living area features sliding doors that fully-open to the lovely ocean breeze on the furnished, covered patio. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails here - the breeze is heavenly! , a 55” Smart TV, a sofa bed that sleeps 2 (individual twin beds), a storage cabinet for guests using this room, a spacious island, dining table & washer/dryer. This condo is located on the 1st level (2 floors above the street), with elevator access from the private underground garage that offers free parking for our guests.

The highlight of this development is the rooftop - with its breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Take in the view, cool off in the tiled pool and enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar serving refreshing cocktails & cervezas. The rooftop pool deck includes plenty of seating, with chairs, tables, sun loungers, couches, umbrellas & a pergola to provide a reprieve from the Mexican sun. Children & babies will especially enjoy the shallow wading area, while adults will enjoy the deeper pool & jacuzzi spa.

This luxury condo building (Marila) features a recreation room with a pool table, poker table & television for watching the game. Across the hall, you’ll find the sports bar with more TVs and a restaurant that will deliver room service to the condo or upstairs to the roof! On the main level, you’ll be greeted by our front desk concierge and security. Just off the lobby, you’ll find a spacious business center with several work stations when you need to focus on work. On the lower level, get your sweat on in the fully-equipped gym overlooking a lush courtyard, start your workout with a visit to the sauna just outside the spa, equipped with her/his restrooms & showers. If you need to relax after a stressful day of travel or need to relieve your sore muscles, you can indulge in a massage in one of the 2 relaxing spa rooms (additional fee).

You will have access to all spaces of this amazing condo building. Free parking is available in the secure lower-level parking area. Soak up the views & the sun on the roof, challenge your friends/family to a game of pool or poker, relax with a massage or get your sweat on in the fully-equipped gym.

We give guests their privacy, but are available to meet you for check-in, if needed. We are also available via message in the app or Whats App.

Playa is easy to navigate, thanks to its street numbering. Streets (Calle) run toward the beach & are even numbered - so 36, 38, 40, 42, etc. Avenues run parallel to the beach & are numbered by "5s" - so 10, 15, 20, etc. This makes it a breeze to find your way around, no matter where you are in the city!

Thanks to our excellent location, you'll have everything within walking distance. The beach is a block away, the famous 38th Street is steps away, Fifth Avenue is less than 5 minutes away & a large supermarket (Chedraui) is less than 10 minutes away. Walking around the area will be a pleasant & enjoyable experience.

We provide basic amenities you might need during your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, sugar, basic spices, dish soap, hair dryer, one beach towel per person, an iron, steamer, & canvas bags for shopping. If you need anything special before or during your stay, please let us know & we will try to accommodate your requests. (Stock the fridge before your arrival, a birthday cake, a special bottle of wine or flowers, etc.)

Housekeeping is available during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like additional housekeeping & we will schedule it.

This condo has central A/C, with a thermostat in the main living area & each bedroom. Please be responsible and turn off the A/C when leaving the condo & never leave the sliding doors open with the A/C running. Electric is extremely expensive in Mexico. Additional fees may apply for excessive use/abuse and a separate fee for electricity will apply for stays of 14 days or more.
